The macros on this page should give you an idea of how to use
the macro player of Assistant/2.
There are more macros included in the Assistant/2 archive.
If you do not know how to create a macro, please read the corresponding
pages of the Assistant/2 documentation.
If you have created a macro that might be useful for other users, please mail it to me and I will place it on this page.
Description: Euro calculator
The macro will take the selected number and multiply it with the specified rate.
Description: This is used to enter multiple scans to disk.
After statring the first scan and hitting the F12 hotkey to bring up
PMView's save
box, the number of the invoice is entered, the ticket is switched,
then by using
F8 as a hotkey for the second macro, it enters the invoice to disk,
activates the
ALT-ESC combo to highlite the CFM box, and activates the next scan.
So, it's F12-F8
making the scanning very fast & easy.
Macro: Please note that the numbers in front of the commands
specify the delays. You might need to adjust them.

Description: The Postroad macro is set so as soon as I open the
program I hit F11. This activates the Get Mail, opens the Get Notes,
brings up the dialer and hits Start Dialer. I can do other things and
my mailbox is up when I get back.
Both macros are set for one key. This is for speed. No mouse movement
is used in the macro so I don't have
to set the mouse before activation. All is done by key commands, at
my set speed.
Macro: Please note that the numbers in front of the commands
specify the delays. You might need to adjust them.
