<P>The macros on this page should give you an idea of how to use
the macro player of Assistant/2.

<OL><U>Description:</U> Peter Nielsen of PMView actually redid his program
when I requested a change
<BR>for convienient multi-scanning, making it much faster. The macro is
really simple but fantastic to have-with it
<BR>I can leave the mouse cursor on the CFM scan button. After scan activation
the F12 macro changes from CFM to PMView,
<BR>opens the file save box, and with Peter's sticky number I just type
the invoice number in and hit enter.

<P><U>Description:</U> This is used to enter multiple scans to disk.
<BR>After statring the first scan and hitting the F12 hotkey to bring up
PMView's save
<BR>box, the number of the invoice is entered, the ticket is switched,
then by using
<BR>F8 as a hotkey for the second macro, it enters the invoice to disk,
activates the
<BR>ALT-ESC combo to highlite the CFM box, and activates the next scan.
So, it's F12-F8
<BR>making the scanning very fast & easy.

specify the delays. You might need to adjust them.

<P><U>Description: </U>The Postroad macro is set so as soon as I open the
program I hit F11. This activates the Get Mail,opens the Get Notes,
<BR>brings up the dialer and hits Start Dialer. I can do other things and
my mailbox is up when I get back.
<BR>Both macros are set for one key. This is for speed. No mouse movement
is used in the macro so I don't have
<BR>to set the mouse before activation. All is done by key commands, at
my set speed.
